2023: “My government will make sure that Nigerians are safe, secure” Tinubu

The campaign train of the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, commenced yesterday in Kadunas Ahmadu Bello Stadium, signifying the kick-off of the North-West campaign rally.

The campaign rally, which is in preparation for the 2023 presidential election, was filled with supporters who had thronged the stadium to show their support to the APCs Presidential candidate.

Kaduna State governor, Nasir el Rufa’i, the host governor of the rally, which was held in the State, appealed to the supporters and the people of the State to vote for all APC candidates from top to bottom.

El Rufa’i emphasised that the North-West campaign rally was held in Kaduna because it is regarded as the headquarters of the North.

During his address to the party supporters, the APC flagbearer assured Nigerians that if voted into power, the issue of security challenges will be a thing of the past. He promised to make sure that the country is secured and safe for all.

The Asiwaju reiterated that the present security challenges would be a thing of the past, adding that Nigerians can go about their normal businesses if he becomes President.

According to him, I want to assure Nigerians that voting me as the President of this country will be a total turnaround for all the challenges the citizens of this country are going through.

Tinubu assured the youths that there will be creation of jobs, and that the youths will be happy. My government will do everything possible to create jobs so as to give our youths a sense of belonging.

He emphasised on the need for peace and unity in the country, though acknowledging that power is given by God, but warned trouble makers in the country to find alternatives, as he intends to make sure that those who do not believe in the peace and unity of the country do not find things easy.

Tinubu advised Nigerians to make sure they get their Permanent Voters Cards, (PVCs) and not allow anyone deceive them, while enjoining them to vote for all candidates of APC in order to enjoy the dividends of democracy.

The presidential candidate of APC also donated the sum of N50 million to the IDPs in Birnin-Gwari when he visited them yesterday, ahead of the campaign.
